From fillings and crowns to root canals and extractions, we'll always explain your options before we begin and create a plan that works for you.

Our Restorative Dentistry Services

When decay or damage is caught early, a filling is all it takes to restore a tooth to full health. We use tooth-coloured composite resin that blends seamlessly with your natural smile.

DENTAL FILLINGS

A crown fits over a damaged, weakened, or root-canal-treated tooth to restore its shape, strength, and appearance. Custom-crafted for a natural look, crowns are designed to last you years.

If you need to replace one or more missing teeth, we might recommend a dental bridge. Anchored to healthy neighbouring teeth, it restores your bite and fills the gap permanently.

A root canal relieves pain and saves a tooth that has become infected or deeply decayed. The procedure is no more uncomfortable than a routine filling, and we promise the relief is immediate.

ROOT CANAL

Implants are the gold standard for replacing missing teeth, with a titanium post placed in the jaw that supports a natural-looking crown above the gumline. They look, feel, and function like the real thing.

Sometimes the most effective way to relieve pain and protect your overall oral health is to remove a tooth that can no longer be restored. We'll always explore every option to save a natural tooth before recommending extraction. But when it's the right call, we make sure the experience is as comfortable and straightforward as possible.

After your extraction, we'll walk you through exactly what to expect during healing and talk through your options for replacing the tooth if needed.

Your questions, answered

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will I need to get all of my wisdom teeth out?

Not necessarily. Some wisdom teeth come in without causing any problems and can be monitored rather than removed. Others cause crowding, pain, or infection and are better out sooner than later. We keep an eye on them at your regular exams and will only recommend removal when there's a genuine clinical reason to do so.

Is root canal as painful as people say?

Honestly, no. The reputation is outdated. With modern anaesthesia, most patients tell us the procedure was far more manageable than they expected, and the relief from the infection that follows is immediate. If anxiety is a concern, we have sedation options available to make the experience as comfortable as possible.

What's the difference between a bridge and a dental implant?

Both replace a missing tooth, but they work differently. A bridge is fixed to the teeth on either side of the gap and doesn't require surgery — it's a faster, non-surgical option. A dental implant replaces the tooth root itself with a titanium post, preserving jawbone and standing completely independently. During our consultation and examination, we'll help you understand which option suits your situation, your timeline, and your budget.

How long do restorations last?

With good care, most restorations are built to last. Composite fillings typically last 5–10 years, crowns and bridges 10–15 years or more, and dental implants can last a lifetime. The biggest factors are oral hygiene, regular check-ups, and avoiding habits like grinding, all of which we can also help you manage.
